As Campbell has mentioned, is seems to be related with internet speed. I've experienced this few times (either I get timeout, or another error message - especially when my connection is very slow, and I refresh multiple tabs connected to coderanch).

That's interesting. What was the resolution? I do not use SELinux, and apart from internet speed, I haven't faced any issues.

Oh really? I though SELinux can be used for all RedHat based distros (its not very friendly with Debian based distros - I've tried that )
