When you post your error messages, it is best if you copy and past the text, rather than the screenshot. Even when I click on the image to get the full scale results it is very difficult to see what the text says. Besides, it would help us quote the error or search for it if needed.

But it looks to me like you have some check in your application which you use to determine which browsers are supported, and that check is overly restrictive, it doesn't properly detect Internet Explorer 10, and simply from reading would't work with other common browsers like Chrome and Safari. You need to find the code which produces the restriction and fix it so it recognizes whatever user agent string IE 10 produces.

Nothing anyone here can do. We have no code, no logs, and no information. Please provide details.

That sounds like there is code in the web app that's doing brewer sniffing -- a bad idea to begin with, and it sounds like it's doing it badly as well.

You'll need to find and fix that code.

Sorry for the late reply.
But if I run the same code on WAS6 it is working fine but I try to run this code on WAS7 then it gives an error which I have attached in the screenshot.

If the code changes is needed from application then it should not be run on WAS6 but on WAS6 it's running without giving any error. But the problem is in WAS7.

Thanks
