Cyclos installation problem

Good day to all,
I installed cyclos 3.7.3 on xampp 1.7.7 with windows 7, Apache tomcat 7.0, MySQL 5.5.16 and jdk 1.7.0 . The following message is received when the browser is pointed to the cyclos. Please help I am a greenhorn to java apps.

How did you "point" the browser at the web app?

That does not jive with this error message:

Then what shall I do? The absolute uri is http://java.sun.com/jsp/jstl/core.
Please help I am confused.
