Hi Simon,
does your book focus on good practices for an specific language (Java e.g.) or is it a general approach regarding both architecture and programming?
Cheers,
Rodrigo
Hi Rodrigo, it's more about a general approach and introducing a set of minimal lightweight software architecture practices into any software project This includes doing "just enough" up front design, communicating software architecture using a collection of simple sketches and ensuring that high priority risks are dealt with. It's basically a book about technical leadership.
