I want to translate my strings into other languages. IS there any free service provided for this
What are the reliable paid services available ?

Um, free translation services? I don't think you can be serious in asking this. You can feed your strings into Google Translate or similar and see what comes back, but I don't think I'd want to rely on the quality of that.

You're probably aware of the translation service that's hooked into the Play Store Developer Console under "Store Listing -> Manage Translations".

As Ulf said. don't use translation service for it.
Why not try to get help from your friends.

Why not try to get help from your friends.

would not work: I don't have friends fluent in most languages it suggests I should localize the app to :-)
