help! birt 2.0 problem .(pdf can show chinese)

I use eclipse 3.1 and birt 2.0 plugins,to do report,
I alse have installed the neccesary plugins ,such as gef,emf and other two jar.
My prolbem is that all the chinese words are showed by #,
who know how to crack this problem.
