Does the exam asks an equation that was not grouped (without parenthesis)?

Do I need to memorize the java operator's precedence and associativity?
Such as this table in the link: http://www.cs.bilkent.edu.tr/~guvenir/courses/CS101/op_precedence.html

Based on the official exam topics I think you'll need to know the operator's precedence

On the other hand when you search this forum there are just a few threads about this topic (e.g. this one).

Maybe someone who actually took the exam can chime in...

I don't remember any. Which means if there were any, they were common rules and not edge cases.
