Jasper Report Help Required

I have to generat a Report in excel format. I have used POI. But i need to insert an image into the excel report. But i am not able to insert an image into the report(If any one knows it please help me). For that resaon i planned to use Jasper report. But I don't know any thing about jasper! Can any one help me out how to write to excel cells in JSP using Jasper?

If I remember correctly, currently JasperReports do not support images in Excel files output. It's one of their documented limitations, you could find it on the SourceForge website.
