Hi All,
I'm trying to implement paypal into my jsf2 application. PayPal provides a servlet called PAYPALPaymentWithPayPalServlet that allows me to transmit a customers payment to my account via a RestFul webservice call.
I have created a h:form post containing data that will be transmitted to the servlet on click of h:commandButton, this does not send the request to the servlet.
Should I:-
1)Create a bean that replaces the logic inside PAYPALPaymentWithPayPalServlet and then use my jsf page backing bean to call it.
or
2)Replace my <h:form with a ><form tag and a ><input type="submit" button

I believe I used option 2. When you submit a cart for payment via PayPal, you have to transmit the necessary data to PayPal's servers and it manages the payment process, returning to a designated URL in your own webapp when it is ready to return control to you.

You may also use the h:outputLink control if you are communicating with PayPal using HTTP GET.
