Could anyone answer the below queries:

1. Which handlers types are executed first for an outbound message - LogicalHandler or SOAPHandler?
2. Which handlers types are executed first for an inbound message - LogicalHandler or SOAPHandler?

Thanks in advance.

... I would also say that's pretty easy to test :-)

For outbound (eg request message from client), the logical handler which handles the message payload will be executed first before the message handler, which handles the entire message.
(Analogy: put on your socks before your shoes)

For inbound (eg response message received from server) , the message handler which handles the entire message is executed first.
(Analogy: take off your shoes before your socks)
