Can we Use Cascade Style sheets in normal Swing Applications?

For Example : Configuring the Style sheets to use for the Button color/ Button width / Table width etc...

Please do reply if you have any ideas...

Thanks in Advance...

No, but you can use some basic HTML 3.2 elements: http://docs.oracle.com/javase/tutorial/uiswing/components/html.html

Thanks,

But the problem here is if any changes to be done then we need to change everywhere right which will be a huge re work.

That depends. You can still separate the formatting information into a data format of your own choosing (maybe property files), and then you'll only have to change those files.

One of the important design features of JavaFX was to use CSS to separate appearance from implementation. Here's a link to Oracle's introduction to JavaFX: What Is JavaFX?.
