I need that when my application is minimized notify you when something happens, like the messenger (MSN) remember? The window notifying a new message, the minimized window blink in orange, orange need not be ok? Kkk! Does anyone know anything about it? I do not even know where to start.

Stay in peace.

The blinking orange is an effect applied by Windows to indicate a change in the application, maybe just when a new window is opened for the same process but I am not sure

So the first thing to try would be too open a little info box like MSN Messenger does and see if that gives you the blinking orange indicator. You will need to open the new window as a child to the original I think.

Oracle tutorial about that: How to Use the System Tray. That was what you meant, right?

(My web search keywords to find that were "swing minimized notification".)

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
