Hi members.

Thank you very much for the help you give us.

I have an online game which I developed using an applet.

I need the system time on the client's machine to do the timing.

I have signed the code using Comodo sign code key but I still get the security warning from Oracle

"---put your personal information at risk---"

It is a new game and no one can trust me/location. The game is not downloadable. You play it online

The play button points the jar file

Below is the code in the manifest

----------------------------------------

Manifest-Version: 1.0
Codebase: *
Permissions: all-permissions
Application-Library-Allowable-Codebase: *
Application-Name: HiredForOneDay
Ant-Version: Apache Ant 1.8.3
Trusted-Only: true

-----------------------------------------------------------
the game is at www.hiredforoneday.com

How can I get rid of the Oracle warning?

Thank you in advance

Ruth

Using a self-signed certificate means that you have no Certification Authority which is why you and your users see this warning. Rather than self-sign, buy a valid Certificate with a well-known Certification Authority.
