IMSI in dual sim card phone

I want to get IMSI from Sim cards in dual Sim card android phone (IMSI1 , IMSI2) but i don't know how can i do this? Can i do this? I searched and i know Google team not support this, and i should check manufacture of device, but in research i see, use reflection for get IMEI in dual Sim card phone and now i want to know i can use for get IMSI? Thanks
