Welcome to the Ranch

Has you ever read the API documentation for StringTokenizer? It says there it has been legacy code for over 12 years.

Suppose string has element like "123456789" . I simply want to collect the tokens and store them into an array or arraylist .

Is it possible ?

How are individual tokens defined? In other words, what would be the result for this particular string?

What would be the tokens here?
Can you please state your problem with a bit more detail?
