Hello, I have imported a sample project into eclipse and both JSPs have errors all over them. I would like some help, please, in getting the pages (and app) up and running. I am a beginner with JSP. Thanks.

If you are a beginner with JSP then you need to know that you're doing it wrong. Modern JSP (that is, any JSP written after 2001) should have no Java code in it. None. nada. zilch.

Find a beter reference or tutorial that covers modern JSP with the JSTL (JSP Standard Tag Library) and EL (Expression Language).

As mentioned already, in practice it is not a great idea to have much Java code in your JSP, but I can understand you doing it for a test or learning process.

What errors are you getting and where are you getting them?
