jMonkeyEngine got accepted for Google Summer of Code 2014:

In short:
- Google will grant us a certain number of "student slots", probably 1 or 2.
- Each accepted student will have received a total of $5500 upon successful project completion after 2 months of work.

So please peruse our Ideas List and send us an application on 10. March if you're interested. This is a great opportunity to do some paid work to further Java game development.

I guess I should also mention we're officially stable now!

What is that? Is that a mongol hoarde? Can we fend them off with this tiny ad?
