Run java program in google app engine

am newbie to google app engine, i create one java program like just
username and password enter by user and it store in mysql database i want to run this program in google app engine ,i refer java tutorial in google app engine but still it confusing me,please give the clear steps to achive my concept,what i have to do in google app engine,
* first i have to create project and get my app id
* then download google plugin for eclipse all i did after that i am strucking ....
please tell step by step process clearly, am using eclipse kepler
