The video for the promotion only has a few ideas, but I like the idea of a unified search bar for everything. I also like the idea of a two layer bar with most views pre-set.

I know it's popular to call Eclipse heavyweight and bloated, but provided I give it tons of memory to play with it definitely does speed my development up far faster than it slows it down.
