order of config in spring

I got an issue where if I don't put the config in dispatcher servlet's init-param, spring will complain if the context config name is not the standard XXX-servlet.xml. How do I override this behavior? I want to not to put anything in dispatcher servlet's init-param, but I still want to avoid using the standard naming of the file. thanks
