Here is my code to delete record from table

I'm getting server output as `7369 Removed`, which is an employee id. But, when I'm listing all record from table, then I'm getting same record there. Although, this function returns true and I'm not getting any exception at all. So, anyone please help me to explain how to update and delete record of table.

You're getting that after the code found the record, not after it was deleted, so that doesn't mean much.

I'm not sure what "I'm listing all record from table" does, but the crucial question is - is the record gone from the DB? Have you checked directly via some SQL tool?

The question doesn't have anything to do with servlets, so I'll move it to a more suitable forum.

Yes. I did. I checked my DB and data still there.

I believe you will have to commit after removal if the autocommit is set to false.
