need help downloading oracle tutorial

i have cookie and javascript enabled on my chrome, but i can't download the tutorial zip from

i have chrome, windows 7, and i'm the administrator for this computer.

The same on my machine. I can't download it.
It looks like some problem or Oracle's site.
Not sure if you could do anything about it.

Or maybe try this?

There appears to be a fault in Oracle's website; I cannot download it either. Try again tomorrow. You know, I presume, where you can find the latest edition of the Tutorials only.
