Working of Grouping Function

Why line 3 and 6 in the query result have grouping value as 1 , 1 is for superaggregate rows.
How can line 3 and 6 point to superaggregate rows for job_id.
line 3 is aggregate row for div_id 111 and line 6 is aggregate row for div_id 222.
