I am trying to develop a live score webpage using ONLY JSP.As i am a total newbie to JSP,can anyone give me some direction how this can be done?Help is appreciated!Cheers

Only JSP? Why? That's like a carpenter saying "I want to build a cabinet using only a hammer." It makes no sense.

Its a college constraint.JSP HTML and any Database Provider.IS there a way to do this

Ugh. A class that forces you to learn bad practices. Makes me want to cry.

Well, I guess you've got no choice. You'll need to put Java scriptlets into the pages to execute the Java code. Be aware that in the real world, this is considered a horrible and outdated practice.

You should write some code an post here with whatever difficulties you are having.

well,i did most of the part actually,but i am not sure how to represent the concept of live score.i used an AutoRefresh code to fetch data from database but in the end the database entries are to bemanually entered.Any workaround to better representation of a live score website?
