problem understanding 3 dimensional array  RSS feed

hi all,

can someone please explain to me why this code prints "hello1" ?


I can understand how one and two dimensional arrays but I am having trouble understanding the above possibly because the code is not formatted or indented correctly.
if you could explain the above code, that would be great.
