I am learning Java and have created a simple rock paper scissors game using standard I/O. The code below works! But I would like to make it better by making it more concise and pithy. Any helpful hints would be great. Also, I would like to add a method that would clear the screen so it doesn't fill the command line with old games. I have on in my current code a method called clear() but it doesn't seem to work any ideas on why that would be? Do I have to import a special header maybe? So any hints or ideas would be great thanks.

Have you studied Enums yet ? If not, it's probably probably worth taking a look.

The same question was asked within the last week. The search function should find you the discussion.

Well done remembering that, Joanne. I think this is what you were thinking of; it explain s why it doesn't work.
