Seam 2.3 and Richfaces : Sometimes CSS doesn't display correctly until h:commandButton is clicked

Hi all,

I am using Seam 2.3 and Richfaces 4.3.5.. On certain pages CSS rules don't seem to be applied(although I can see a successful GET request for the CSS file). But if I do a JSF postback by click a commandButton to the same page the CSS rules get applied perfectly...

Has anyone experienced something similar? I'm at a loss...I mean the button I am clicking doesn't even change the markup much(aside from rendering a rich:panel) so I doubt that the rules are failing to apply because they no longer match the markup...
