I'm working from home a lot these days, as well as having to manage my wife's business accounts and of course dealing with all the usual domestic crap (our garden looks like the Land That Time Forgot...), so I'm thinking of trying out a personal Kanban tool to keep on top of the WIP. I need Android access, the ability to share stuff with named users, decent data security, and a simple interface without too much set-up.

Trello looks promising (well, their website looks nice and simple), so I wondered if anybody out there has any experience of using it, or any alternative recommendations?

I use trello for personal projects and for generally keeping lists of things to do in my 'normal' life too. It works pretty well so I would recommend it. It's nice and simple, as you say, so doesn't take much to get going with it.

I also have a board shared with a friend for "off the books" development tasks so can vouch for the collaborative features too. I'd say it'll do you just nicely.

Our team at work uses it. It's a nice interface for moving virtual post-its around.
