I have completed ocJWS and please let me know the new exam of SCEA need any prequisites or can i take
the SCEA .

please kindly share the books and materials for latest enterprise Architect Exam.

The exam is now called OCMEA, the latest is JEE6 go through this link, Oracle JEE6
you do not need any perquisites as for other Java exams, but this exam mandates a prescribed course by Oracle, even with passing all the three steps you will not be officially certified unless you take this course.
