I'm trying to migrate my legacy app to WildFly wildfly-8.1.0.CR1 and I encountered a problem. The slash character is not decoded when passed as param to the <jsp:include> tag. The problem can be reduced to following simple code.

In including jsp file:

and in included file:

This gives the following output in the browser:

%2fabc

instead of /abc. In prevous versions of JBoss AS it worked correctly. Are there any ways to correct this behaviour? I've checked varous combinations of allow-encoded-slash and decode-url in http connector configuration but neither of them helped. Or maybe it is just a bug, and I should fill a bug report?

I think you could opena Jira, but before that, I would suggest you to try with the latest version of wildfly (8.final http://wildfly.org/ ). Also you could try to see if you change the encoding of the JSP file to UTF-8 it keeps with the same issue

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
