Hi All

We have a weblogic based application, which runs Applet at the client side when the application is launced.
the application is getting freezed for a client.

Could you please advise how we can analyze the cause of this behavior,

1) As to how we can take thread dump or any other details to analyze the issue.

The applets takes data from the user and stores it in the database.

The issue is , once the applet freezes at the client side, there is no response, even the JRE console is not getting refreshed.

So wanted to know what would we can do to so that we can get the Thread dump or application dump from the client side and try to analyse the cause.

At least you should see the Java Applet console. Check your Java Plugin Configuration to ensure the Console is always displayed.

Yep the java console is always set to display and the issue is the Java console also hangs.....So cannot check as to what action the user was doing.
