not loading the jasper xml files

Hi,

Can any please help me,I want to load my xml file using Jasper in "myeclipse" under weblogic server...but its not loading..But it's working fine in outside of the project...The problem here is its not loading xml file using weblogic server...

Can you post those lines where you try to load your Jasper XML file?

Hi thanks for your response.I have included these codes...but this java function is working fine in outside of my project...but inside the myeclipse using weblogic server its not even moving into the load is saying "file not found"

Your problem is with your JRXML file EmpDeptReport.xml, right? What do you mean with outside of my project? Do you have bundled all your stuff in one JAR file and run this one as standalone?

Can you explain your file structure in both approaches?

i think you have put just .xml instead of .jrxml

the jasper xml having an file extention of .jrxml

Whether it's .xml or .jrxml doesn't matter.

Hi,

Thanks for your response..the main thing here its not loading the "xml" file in java file.But its working(loading) fine in standalone in desktop.
.
Have anyone aware that using struts the pdf files be generates?

I don't see why it runs in standalone mode and not in a client server mode .

Can you describe in less words your mode of operation? Where do implement your Jasper logic, client or server?

I believe the problem is due to digester.jar which is used by Weblogic server itself. I am getting the following Exception. So the problem is that xmlparser calls the digester loaded by the Weblogic system classloader while the jasperreport.jar is in the applicate.ear classpath which the weblogic digester class cannot see.

I do not have a good solution yet. Any suggestion is appreciated.
