I just wanted to share my experience preparing and passing "1Z0-803
Java SE 7 Programmer I" exam yesterday. I am currently working as a Application developer in perl/sql/unix . I have worked with java 3 years back on my first project and I was pretty much out of touch with java. I started preparing 1 month back studying Mala Gupta 1z0-803 book and enthuware software. My sores in mock exams were 63%,65%,75%,68%,70%(Mala gupta book exam at end) and 67% (last day unique enthuware
test). Final score 75% and I believe the enthuware tests have good questions which are complex touching almost all the concepts. I think enthuware software specifies few concepts which are out syllabus for this exam which are not needed for the final exam in general bring down your score in the mock exams and Mala gupta book is a comprehensive book for this exam. I should have practised more questions from enthuware, revise the concepts more and somehow managed to get 75% to pass the exam. I would recommend anyone preparing read the Mala gupta book (twice or thrice) and practise enthuware practise tests multiple times to understand all the concepts well. Now I am planning to prepare for the 1Z0-804 SE 7 Programmer exam which is a lot tougher than 1z0-803 exam.
