Columns overlapping problem in excel sheet created using apache poi

Hello,

These days I am facing an issue with excel creation using Apache poi. As per this issue columns are being overlapped(ref attached image) and some of the columns are completely hidden because of this overlapping. The weird thing about this issue is that it is occurred at my machine only because whenever I run the same of piece of code at other machines then there it is working fine. Below is the development environment related details:
IBM RAD 7.5
IBM WebSphere 6.1
poi-3.8-beta5-20111217.jar
MS Office 2010

Looks like something is wrong with my dev environment setup, If anyone ever faced the same problem and got the solution, please respond.
