Hbase not starting

Hi,

I am new to Hbase, while starting hbase, I am getting below issue due to which not able to issue command on hbase shell.
Please suggest what should I do to correct this issue.

I am able to resolve this issue myself, actually the problem was with hbase version, it was not compatible with hadoop-2.

I configured latest hbase version 0.98 and it resolved the issue.
 
It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
