Error deploying on Tomcat ContainerBase.addChild: start: org.apache.catalina.LifecycleException:  RSS feed

Hello I am trying to develope a Java application on Tomcat 7 using Eclipse and postgres. I already checked the Java versiona of both Eclipse and Tomcat and they are the same. I get the following error:

Thise appears to be the essential problem:


That particular exception should be in jta.jar, I believe. If you do not have a JTA jar in your webapp's WEB-INF/lib directory, you should add one.
