XSLT is built into Java. There's no "XSLT processor" to look for anywhere else.

Here's a link to the Oracle tutorial about XML and XSL in Java: http://docs.oracle.com/javase/tutorial/jaxp/xslt/intro.html -- the section about transforming XML data with XSLT is quite long and has a lot of examples.

I'm not sure what you mean by "link an XML and XSL file" but maybe that tutorial section will clarify things for you.
