Hey Guys, quick question: I want to get a Web based certification but I'm not sure wether to go for the Web component developer Expert (which is already for EE 6) or for the Web Component Professional (which still is for EE5).

Question is Expert in EE6 or Professional in EE5? What would you recommend?

Thanks in advance!
Camilo

Howdy

Good question. It really depends on you. The "expert" covers JEE6 and "professional" covers JEE5 (actually J2EE 1.4).

According to the exam objectives, which version are you more comfortable with? Go with that one.

I think JEE6 version is better option than the JEE5.

Good luck.

My advice: always go for the latest version! and don't worry about the title (expert vs. professional) that is just marketing...

Hi Camilo Morales

I really agree with Frits Walraven, you may have the choice to choose either V5 or V6. But my suggestion is always go for the latest version and good luck for your exam preparation.
