From Oracle's EJB exam objective:

Using EJB Technology Best Practices
Define best practices and state the benefits of using EJB technology best practices
Select and apply known patterns to Java EE application design
Incorporate effective exception handling into your Java EE application design


Any reference material about this objective?
I don't see it from Frit's 100 pages of notes / Ivan's notes / JSR 318.

I assume there may be 12 questions on best practice, just like the web service exam.

No, it is not like the Web Service exam, the best practice questions are much easier (!) The EJB exam is what they call a specification based exam: all the questions can be answered by the contents of the EJB specification.

If you know the EJB specification (JSR-318) well, you can answer all the questions.
