Hi friends,

could you please give me some points to search for fulltext in the database content using lucene.please help me regarding lucene to search in the database content.if possible,please provide a sample application to search in the database(eg:mySQL) content using lucene.

This was partly addressed in this thread. I'm not aware of example code for indexing DBs, but for creating the index it makes no difference whether the text source is a file or a DB.
