Those docs point to the tutorial http://docs.oracle.com/javase/tutorial/, which is the only SE tutorial from Oracle I'm aware of. But even if you work through it, and program along with it, there's still much to learn about Java. Not that I recommend to read/worth through the entire tutorial in one go, mind you.

For JEE there's another extensive tutorial: http://docs.oracle.com/javaee/7/tutorial/doc/home.htm (which I also don't recommend to work through in one go, there's too much in it that you will likely not need).

You should not try to read about “Java Complete”. It will take you several years and by the time you finish reading something will have changed. You should confine yourself to what you are doing at the time otherwise you will go down with a mental overload and fail to remember anything.
