I'm not entirely sure what you're asking here. Do you want a description of what those job titles entail? If so then it's going to be a tough to get a definitive answer as they mean different things to different people, companies, and even cultures. My recommendation is to visit your favourite job search website and look for open positions with those titles in your area, then look at the job descriptions.
