Which SCJP Cerification should I give

For becoming an SCJP, which exam should i give. i know java 7.
Should i give
1..Java SE 6 Programmer Certified Professional 1Z0-851...??, or
2..Java SE 7 Programmer I 1Z0-803.??
or any other..
i doesn't have any certificate yet..

Give Java 7 certification as it is latest.
SCJP no longer exists .. now it is all oracle .. refer to Oracle certification website for more details

No problem.

If you don't need a Java 7 cert, you can take just one test and get OCJP 6 certified by taking one test. Or you can take OCAJP 7 and OCPJP 7 to get Java 7 certified. (The third option is OCJP 6 + upgrade to 7, but that is a harder path.)
