Can some one please explain me what exactly memory leak means. Why and when this will happen, Could you tell me way to resolve it.

This information is readily on the net already so I don't think there's any point going over it again here. Try Wikipedia: Memory Leak for starters. As for how to resolve it. It depends on what's causing it.
