Resetting properties of a weblogic domain

I have created a domain in Oracle Weblogic server 11gR1

I have set properties such as username, password , port number, admin server name and some more. If I want to change these properties OR check these properties, how can I do that ?

you can check the values on config.xml file

DOMAIN/config/config.xml

I did that already. But how can I change password, which is encrypted ? I dont see any screen, where I can reset username and password

there are several ways to change password for admin server.
changing directly boot.properties file.
