I have a web service written in C# where all the methods I'm exposing are prefaced with [WebMethod(EnableSession = true)] which, as far as I know, is all I need to enable a session on the .NET side of things. My problem is that I don't know what I need to do to enable session management in the Java client. I used the built-in tools in Eclipse Kepler to build a Java proxy client. Since the project requires me to login to an Exchange server and create a runspace, I would prefer not to include recreate that runspace functionality in every exposed method. Can anyone tell me how I implement session management on my proxy client or do I have to build some other kind of client?

Thanks,

That is certainly going to depend on how your web service implements "sessions" isn't it?

One possibility would be with HTTP "cookies" - assuming the service is RESTful style.
