<rich:suggestionbox> tag not found

Hi All,

I am trying to use <rich:suggestionbox> in my application , but I am getting the below exception , all other richface tags are available when I press ctrl+space in eclipse all other tags do show up.I am using richfaces4+tomcat 6.0.Any suggestions where I am going wrong?

Try it as "suggestionBox", instead.

One of the more irritating incompatibilities between RichFaces 3 and RichFaces 4 is that the capitalization of some of their tags was changed.

Hi Tim,

<rich:suggestionBox> also is not working.All other tags are visible.Really weird behaviour.Any other suggestions?

Beats me. However, what the IDE sees and what the webapp sees aren't always the same thing. And what's ultimately important is whether or not the webapp can see this element at runtime, even if Eclipse doesn't provide a friendly suggestion.

There's supposed to be an XML file that defines the tags. In fact, there is, and it's stored in the Richfaces jar. If you spend enough time on it, you can tell Eclipse to use that as the template for auto-suggestions. The webapp works the same, either way.

What is even stranger is that this tag is available in Netbeans with almost same set up(Used glassfish instead of tomcat)I have no idea what is happening!!
