I currently have a Java application that may require an opening of a port.
The windows port is opened, but I am not sure, because socket connections are limited by the
new JRE, I don't know if ports are as well.
The application sits still and doesn't respond.

Update:
Sorry, maybe ports are specific to windows.

I want to run this basically.
When I hear him say to unlock the screen, I don't know what to do
Thanks
Jack

As far as I know Java does not limit port usage or add any restrictions to networking.

However, for some brands and models of phones you need to install special USB drivers on your computer before you can use them with the tools of the Android SDK (such as adb). More info: OEM USB Drivers
