If anybody is having on idea on web service authentication SOAP XML passing header user name and password in web service provider class, Please share me the sample code.

That's done via WS-Security, which all major
WS stacks support. Which stack are you using?

Can you please share me the WS security stack API’s details or sample logic?

We are not using any stack? Please let me know what is stack.

We are trying to implement wsse security.

WS stack = WS implementation: Axis2, CXF, JAX-WS RI, Metro, SpringWS, JBossWS, etc.

we are using Axis2. if you have sample code for web service authentication SOAP XML passing header user name and password in web service provider class. Please share me the sample code.
