Java 8 has one as part of the official API. Otherwise, http://www.source-code.biz/base64coder/java/Base64Coder.java.txt

Thanks Ulf, Unfortunately in our project we're using old java and I don't think they will upgrade the version for it. Is there any other way than this??

You could use the one Ulf mentioned; I would prefer the one that is in Apache Commons Codec.
